Early Childhood Special Education Teacher | School-Based | Current School Year

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to support a school team for the remainder of the academic year. This opportunity is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments where young students can thrive.

In this role, you will provide individualized instruction to early learners who require specialized academic, developmental, and social-emotional support. You will be responsible for developing and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), adapting curriculum materials, and implementing developmentally appropriate teaching strategies that foster growth and engagement.

Creating a structured and nurturing classroom environment will be essential, helping students build independence, confidence, and positive behaviors. You will also collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure consistency in support and promote each child’s overall development and long-term success.

Requirements

Valid Arizona teaching certification in Early Childhood Special Education.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related discipline.

Strong understanding of early childhood development and behavior management strategies.

Experience supporting children with disabilities in a preschool or early childhood setting is preferred.
